Holiday caravan for hire in a picturesque setting on our own dairy farm in St Martin, Helston, near to the Helford River on The Lizard Peninsula; an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is a NO smoking caravan.
It is only a few years old and immaculate!
This 36’x12’ holiday caravan has a beautiful new decking area with patio table, chairs and canopy; ideal for evenings with a glass of wine watching the sun setting over the Cornish countryside, all owned by the farm.
It is double glazed and centrally heated, as well as being spacious and fully equipped.
The three bedrooms comprise of one double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms, where the beds can be put together to form further doubles if preferred.
The kitchen has a full size cooker with grill, a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and built-in cupboards.
The lounge/diner is large with fitted seating, a TV and a kitchen table.
Rates are all inclusive including bedding but not towels. Arrival time is after 4pm, all beds must be stripped on day of departure and check out is strictly 10am.
There is parking for 2 cars directly beside the caravan and a coin operated washer/dryer.
One well behaved dog allowed, with his/her own bedding, towels etc, strictly not to be left in the bedrooms, on the furniture or unattended. Extra charge £30.00.

Location
The caravan is situated on our own dairy farm, where you will find a games room with table tennis, pool and numerous indoor games. From here you can also watch the milking from the viewing gallery. There is also a large children's play area with swing, tree house, slides bridges and trampoline, along with a large oak bench, made from the Farm's wood, where parents can relax and watch the children playing, shaded under the beautiful trees. The play area can also be seen from the caravan.
The farm has a private nature trail taking you to the breath-taking Helford River and stunning Tremayne Quay, where guests can have a picnic enjoying the outstanding views over the River.
Within a 10 minute drive are all the amazing beaches on The Lizard Peninsula; Kennack Sands is only a few minutes’ drive away, along with St Anthony and Coverack. Kynance Cove and Gunwallow are all with in 20 minutes.
There are numerous quaint Cornish fishing coves close by, including Cadgwith, Mullion, Porthhallow, Porthhoustock and The Lizard. Lizard Point is breathtaking and the most southerly point on the mainland.
These are all close by and once back at Helston (8 miles), all the Cornish destinations are within easy reach, including Flambards, St Michael’s Mount, Land’s End, Newquay and numerous National Trust houses and gardens, to name but a few!
