We have a privately owned, clean and tidy4 berth caravan with WI-FI, to let on our small Honey and Sheep farm which is set in landscaped gardens, only 4 miles from the coastline.
Very suited for couples,however, families are most welcome.
Prices will be from £475-£675 for 2025
If you appreciate the peace and tranquility of the Cornish countryside,this could be an ideal relaxing break.
We are not commercialised in this part of Cornwall,so you will enjoy beautiful bird song, and the sound of Owls hooting on a clear night.
Although we are fairly secluded,we are not isolated, and is actually an ideal base to start from. We are within easy reach of the main A39 Atlantic Highway enabling you to go in any direction, up into North Devon or further down the County or straight across 4 miles to the Sea.
We try and and make it a home from home affordable caravan holiday experience without any extra charges added.
For your convenience, we include all consumables, e.g toilet roll, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, liquid soaps, anti bacterial spray, dish sponges, bin liners kitchen & bathroom cleaners. This, hopefully will lessen the extras you need to pack!
We supply fresh bedding and linen and the beds will be made up for your arrival
Also one hand towel and a tea towel(but not a set of towels) and bath mats.
We respect visitors privacy whilst they are here on holiday, however, we are at hand, if any problems are encountered.
The caravan has two bedrooms.
The double bedroom has a comfortable 32cm deep mattress, wardrobe and storage and bedside tables and lamps.
The twin bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and storage cabinets and reading wall lamp.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin.
In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a microwave, fridge (with a small freezer compartment),an electric kettle, toaster, gas cooker, a slow cooker and all essential kitchen utensils.
Leading to the right of the kitchen is a lounge/diner with windows and seating all around, making it very light with pleasant garden views.
A 32"TV/DVD player and this caravan has its own Wi-Fi.
Heating: an option of a gas fire, an electric oil filled radiator.
The hire of the caravan includes Calor gas and electric.
We require a £50 deposit to secure a booking preferably by BACS payment.
Arrival is any time from 4pm, with about a10am departure please, on the leaving day.
There is a parking space for your car right next to the caravan and a light sensor lighting the area.
The caravan is set in large grounds with a picnic table, a Bistro table with chairs and there is plenty of space if you want to bring bikes, kayaks etc....come and enjoy!.
Just to mention that the garden hut featured next to the caravan is not another let.

About the Area

We are situated close to the A39,Atlantic Highway which will enable you to reach any part of the beautiful North Cornwall coastline with its magnificent views, beaches, surfing, coastal walks and Cornish history.
Suggested places to visit;
CRACKINGTON HAVEN
The nearest beach is CRACKINGTON HAVEN, a picturesque Cornish cove(3 miles away)suitable for families/swimming with 2 cafes.
Great dramatic cliff top walks. The pub THE COOMBE BARTON serves pub food and has a restaurant.
BOSCASTLE
The interesting historical harbour of BOSCASTLE,(3 miles away,)as shown in our advert photo. With dramatic coastal walks and beautiful breath taking views and sights. National Trust shop and cafes.
There is a Restaurant "The Riverside", with a Sunday carvery.
With pubs, the nearest being "The Old Wainhouse Inn" approx 2 miles away, who do evening meals, which you can book over the phone, ideal if you have just done a long journey!
Also Boscastle pubs 4 miles away, THE COBWEB INN, THE WELLINGTON INN and THE NAPOLIAN INN.
Before you enter the village of Boscastle, on the right is The National Trust "BOSCASTLE FARM SHOP" with its free parking and very good food,...Booking is advisable as it is very popular with Locals and holiday makers alike! You can eat outside with access to the Coastal path and panoramic Sea Views.
TINTAGEL & TREBARWTIH STRAND
On the same coastal road from BOSCASTLE, you go onto TINTAGEL. The legendry land of King Arthur (7miles away),then from Tintagel, to nearby TREBARWITH STRAND (9miles away) which has dramatic scenery, with its popular swimming/ family beach.
In the evening "The Port William Pub" which is set high up, overlooking the beach at TREBARWITH is a spectacular sight as the sun sets over the Atlantic Ocean.
PORT ISSAC & POLZEATH
PORT ISSAC(12 miles away)The fishing village made famous with the current TV series "DOC MARTIN" as the back drop.
The car park is best nearest the sea front, which gives a wonderful opportunity to see the vast expanse of Atlantic Ocean.
Keeping on this road out, from the PORT ISSAC village, you can go to POLZEATH, a popular sandy surfing beach,..then on to DAYMER BAY which is a little bit further on.
POLZEATH & ROCK
Not far from POLZEATH is ROCK, which is on the opposite side to Camel Estuary to PADSTOW. There is a passenger ferry operating to PADSTOW throughout the year, when on the PADSTOW side you can walk around the Harbour and treat your self to the legendry "RICK STEINS fish and chips!"
WADEBRIDGE TO PADSTOW
Alternatively, if you are feeling energetic you can hire a bike and cycle the WADEBRIDGE TO PADSTOW, CAMEL TRAIL(a level disused railway line) ..... good fun!

WIDEMOUTH BAY
Further North wards up the coast there is
WIDEMOUTH BAY(8 miles away) with the vast stretche of sandy beaches. The beach is very popular with families and surfers and has a pub THE BAY VIEW INN
BUDE
BUDE is further North wards up the coast (12 miles away) with three sandy beaches, good for walks on the Headland, a typical friendly sea side town with supermarkets and a golf course, out doors Tennis and various interesting events taking place in the year. Lots of pubs, cafes, restaurants to choose from.
The CANAL AT BUDE and a large car park opposite, with several cafes and access to the sea front and the Bude breakwater.
There is level tarmac walking, if you decide to go inland, (nearly 2 miles) which will take you along the canal eventually to "THE WEIR CAFE", which Nature lovers will enjoy.
Past BUDE on the A39, it will take you to NORTH DEVON, Hartland, CLOVELLY, BIDEFORD, BARNSTABLE, WEST WARD HO!
