Our top of the range, spacious 40’ by 13’ Delta Superior caravan situated at fistral number 6 at Trevella Park in Crantock Cornwall, is very well appointed with a comfortable interior, double glazing and central heating with a home from home feel.
It has two bedrooms but sleeps up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a caravan king size bed, spacious walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite with large walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin. The spacious twin bedroom has two single beds and built-in wardrobes/drawers. There’s also a double fold-out sofa bed in the living area.
The spacious family bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower, plus toilet and wash basin.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you could need, with high quality appliances including an American fridge freezer with water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher and washer/drier, plus all crockery and utensils. An iron, ironing board and hoover is provided for your convenience. The dining table seats four in the kitchen.
In the spacious lounge you have a 40" TV and sliding patio doors leading out onto the large, sunny, south facing, wraparound, spacious decking area with L shaped patio sofa furniture, offering a peaceful view of the green on Fistral – all set in a peaceful tranquil location on the park (Fistral). There is also gated decking to the side area.
Parking is available adjacent to the caravan.

Location
On site at Trevella Park, which is a 5 star holiday park in Cornwall, our caravan is situated in the quiet Fistral area.
You will find at Trevella Park an outdoor heated swimming pool (seasonal dates) - Usually May to Sept- with children’s pool, crazy golf, a well stocked shop, mobile takeaways including Pizza/Fish n chips & The Waffle Van.
A small games room, plus several children’s play areas with equipment, plus: Cornwall’s smallest pub, The Piskie Inn, is open during the summer evening for drinks; several well-stocked fishing lakes (just need a license for fishing); designated dog walk area towards the far end of the park.
As you venture out of Trevella there is a bus stop outside the entrance to take you to crantock village or Newquay a couple of miles away or further afield.
Crantock Village is a short drive away, with a shop/post office and several great pubs serving food. Further along the road, The Bowgie Inn & C Bar offers great views of the stunning Crantock beach and Polly Joke beach nearby too.
Nearby Newquay town with several beaches/Harbour & Fistral Beach a surfing haven, with plenty of shops, restaurants and Newquay Zoo.
Trevella is in a great location for exploring the rest of Cornwall too. It is approximately 15 minutes from Truro, Cornwall’s small, picturesque city for shopping, and approximately 50 minutes from Land’s End and St Ives.
